PathWise offers a variety of training courses that are customized to suit your organization’s budget and quality system needs.
Our instructors utilize a “how-to” approach to learning, using a blended application of classroom exercise and real-life experience. We’ll help you simplify the necessary concepts and processes, ensuring a quality system that is compliant, effective and efficient in all aspects of operation.
Below are just a few of the training courses we have available:
- CAPA Training for Life Sciences - Participants learn integral CAPA training concepts such as Issue Review, Root Cause Analysis, Implementation and Effectiveness Checking. Instructors provide the tools necessary to identify and prioritize non-conformances, investigate root causes, and identify, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Risk Management for FDA Regulated Industries - This course identifies many of the sources of risk, and how to analyze and mitigate them in your organization. Participants will learn to analyze potential problems, and follow a proven process to control, document and prevent future risk occurrence.
- Documenting Investigations - This course overlays the FDAs expectations with respect to data collection and documenting investigations. Our trainers will provide the necessary tools to prepare clear, concise and effective reports, assuring that all necessary information has been gathered.
- Conducting Internal and Supplier Quality Audits - In addition to offering an overview of QSR, ISO, cGMP and Laboratory Guidelines, participants will gain valuable insight into the auditing process, including audit preparation, scheduling, conducting, documentation and remediation.
- Analytical Problem Solving - This course teaches participants how to focus on issues with the greatest impact and how to gather information using specific, focused questioning. Class participants will learn how to avoid costly fixes by addressing identifying the source of problems and how to prevent them.
- Quality System Regulation (QSR) - Instructors will overview the QSR and how it relates to your role in the organization. Participants will learn how to develop action plans to address common audit and warning letter findings, and appropriately interpret these findings within their department.
Through training in PathWise Project Success managers learned a process for the selection and approval of projects. Team leaders and team members acquired the skills to accomplish projects on time and within scope.
