MD Methodology
The first step in any of our projects is to determine where your areas of need exist, and how PathWise can best provide a permanent solution – not just a quick-fix. We’ll review your SOP’s, and examine your pattern of complaints, audits, and non-conformances.
Whatever the specifics of the solution we craft for your company, it will be based on our 3 guiding principles:
- All of the information we present is highly ‘how-to’ based. Meaning we will transfer the knowledge of “how to” perform the needed skills and processes to support your quality system. It is a necessity within the industry to have SOPs, standard operating procedures, for your tasks and functions. What often times is missing is the methodology, or “how to” skills that need to be followed in order to successfully follow your SOPs.
- Our approach simplifies the concepts, systems, and tool necessary to implement and manage an effective quality system.
- Our focus is on the transfer of our ‘gold-standard’ skills, processes, and methodologies to your team.
Through training in PathWise Project Success managers learned a process for the selection and approval of projects. Team leaders and team members acquired the skills to accomplish projects on time and within scope.
